All subscriptions on Statusy are created on a recurring basis, they will continue until you chose to cancel your subscription on the billing page.
We offer a one week buffer for cases where your credit card may have expired, or you experience other payment issues. Simply update your credit card details on the billing page to get up and running again.
In general we do not make a practice of offering refunds; however, if you feel there are extenuating circumstances please reach out and we will see what we can do.
