It is important for your customers to be quickly notified in the event of a problem with your services, to facilitate this we offer a number of notification options your customers can use.
If you connect your Twitter account to Statusy we will automatically notify your Twitter followers when there are changes to the status of your services.

Your users can also opt to receive email notifications when the status of your services change. Users can subscribe to email notifications by visiting your public status page. Once subscribed, the user will be required to confirm subscription via a link sent to their email. Notifications will not be received until the subscription has been confirmed.
Subscribers to your status page can opt to receive SMS (text messages) when the status of one of your services change. This feature is available to Pro plans and above. To enable it, visit Settings > Notifications on your status page dashboard. From there, click the "Enable SMS" button. From now on, your users can subscribe to your status page via SMS using the notification drop down on your public status page.
