If your subscription payment fails for any reason you will receive an email from our payment processor (Stripe) notifying you of this. You can then update your payment method by visiting the "Billing" section on the dashboard.
We allow two weeks for you to resolve billing problems before your status page's service will be impacted. If you do not update your payment method during this window however, your status page will be disabled at the end of the two week period. You can enable it again at any time - we don't delete your data unless you want us to.
