Zapier is a service that allows you to integrate just about anything with just about anything else in a simple and easy to understand manner. Send emails when a new incident is made, make an incident using SMS, get Slack notifications, HipChat notifications and more.
All you will need to set up the Zapier integration is an API token. You can create an API token on the profile page. Make sure you copy your API token somewhere safe, you will need to reference it later.
Head over to Zapier and click the Make a Zap button in the top right corner of the page.
You will then be able to configure your new Zap. Statusy currently offers a Create and a Trigger, allowing you to both create a new incident or do something when a new incident is created. In either case, you will need to configure your Statusy account within Zapier. Search for Statusy in the box and click the Statusy logo when it appears.
Next, click Connect an Account, a new window will be shown. Enter the API token you created earlier in the box and click Yes, continue. If all went well you will be returned to a screen similar to below.
