Statusy supports direct integration with your OpsGenie account. To get started, you will first want to configure the integration in Statusy - view the getting started guide for more information.
Once you have obtained your Endpoint URL, head over to your OpsGenie account.
Before beginning, you will need to confirm that your alerts are mapped to Teams in OpsGenie that correspond to a Service in Statusy. For example, if you have a service in Statusy that relates to your Forums, ensure you have a team in OpsGenie that receives alerts for the Forums in particular.
After that has been done, you will need to configure an outbound webhook integration for each team. Navigate to the Integrations section of the dashboard.
Once you are there, click the checkbox next to Outgoing to filter your options. Now, select Webhook.
Select the Team that corresponds to this webhook. Scroll down, leave all options to their defaults except for Webhook URL. Paste in your Endpoint URL here and then click Save Integration.
Your OpsGenie account will now be integrated with the selected Statusy service.
